Gurrrl...this e-book has a wealth of information that I'm slowly dissecting each page in order to learn, absorb, and apply your techniques so that I can restore my hair. I made the onion and oil mask (with Vitamin E) which was aaaahMaaazing and rejuvenating to my scalp. Next, I purchased the infared brush (from Amazon) which stimulates the hair and scalp follicles. Best of all, I now have a weekly "hair day" schedule (Yaaaaay me). I realize that I have a long way to go before I see the fruits of my labor of hair love, but it's okay...I am going to put in the work and effort (smile).
